Description

On the basis of a subcontract agreement with the customer The Art of Effective Governing Lte, a system was implemented to automate the processes of managing contests, grant requisitions, and grants funding monitoring. The project included a full production cycle starting from creating mockups and finishing with functional and integration testing.

The following works were implemented during the project:

  • Development
  • Testing and Quality Assurance
  • Deployment and Training
  • Go-live

The duration of the project was 7 months. RBC Group allocated an IT Architect and 3 full-time technical specialists.

Description

The customer Contineo Asia is a major player in the market of marketing companies and advertising. Within the framework of the project, a system was implemented to keep records of marketing activities, taking into account all activities, works, costs, and labor spent.

Description

Within the framework of the OSCE program to support openness reforms and sustainable development, an information system for collecting, processing and evaluating indicators of openness of state bodies and organizations (index.anticorruption.uz) was developed and implemented.

Quality Assurance for Implementation Pilot MUNIS Portal

Description

In accordance with the terms of reference for the service and the project master plan, the following works were carried out:

  • Implementation of global approaches and best practices in the management of IT projects (workshops, trainings for PIU and Ministry staff)
  • Gathering and defining business user requirements and preparing software design specification (SDS) for the improvement of the pilot Portal MUNIS (18 SDS documents)
  • Performing functional, integration and load testing of pilot Portal MUNIS (for 3 Information systems)
  • Quality assurance of IT projects for the implementation of digital solution components

The duration of the project was 22 months. RBC Group allocated an IT Architect, Project Manager, and 4 full-time consultants and technical specialists.
